Used in the traditional up and over style, strengthening upper body and legs whilst testing balance and co-ordination, the low frame has a net on both sides with the high net having log steps on one side of the frame.

HOW TO

1.Place one foot on the bottom of the net, reach forward and place your hands on the net just above head height

2.Lift your other foot on to the netting, then gradually start to climb the net one foot and hand at a time.
