LADDER CLIMB (UPPER BODY ZONE)
Timber and steel ladder used primarily for improving upper body strength, ideally used to climb up, over and down the other side

Back, shoulders, biceps, thighs & core
HOW TO
1.Place one foot on the bottom of the ladder
2.Place both hands on the ladder, ideally above shoulder height
3.Now put your other foot on the ladder, at about knee height
4.Slowly climb up the ladder, moving one hand up and one leg at a time
