LOG ROPE TRAVERSE (AGILITY ZONE)

Traversing station using timber and rope that will enable flexible movement, testing core strength, agility and balance

HOW TO

1.Step on to one end of the traverse, using your hands to pull you up off the ground and to hold on 

2.Lift your other foot up, so you are now stood on one of the timbers

3.Reach forward with one hand and grab the next upright chain in front of you, then place one foot on the next timber

4.Whilst holding on, move the trailing foot on to the same timber, repeat for each timber until you reach the end
