ROPE TRAVERSE (AGILITY ZONE)

Using scramble netting traverse from one side to the other without touching the ground, will test co-ordination, agility, upper, lower and core body strength

HOW TO

1.Place your hands on the net at one end, then place one foot at a time on the net.

2.Try to remain off the ground, as you traverse across the net, moving one hand and foot at a time.

3.Hold on firmly with hands to ensure good grip
