HOW TO

1.Lie down on your back on the bench, place your feet under the steel bar, knees bent.

2.Put your fingertips behind your ears, arms bent, elbows out to the side.

3. Brace your abdominals, raise your body up towards your knees, exhale as you lift up. Raising your shoulders off the bench.

4. Lower in a slow controlled manner back to starting position, keep shoulders raised off the platform.
